THE CHALLENGE

After moving to a new area, Geoff needs to grow accustomed to a new community and be able to do his grocery shopping independently. Geoff would like a solution to help him navigate his local shops and communicate with store workers more easily if he cannot find a specific item.

THE SOLUTION

Geoff and the team developed a visual shopping guide for two of his local grocery shops. The booklet has photos of common grocery items that he needs and is sorted by aisle for each shop. The photos are Velcro-backed so Geoff can move them to plan and keep track of his shopping trips. Geoff can also use the photos to show store workers what he is looking for.
