THE CHALLENGE

Fiona would like to develop a cooking tray that she can use predominantly with one hand. Her interests include cooking and baking however she finds that she cannot safely use existing trays/dishes on the market. Fiona would like a lightweight and easy to grip solution so that she can engage in her interests more.

THE SOLUTION

Fiona and her team have developed a square baking dish with a handle and 5 mm silicon coating. Fiona can hold the handle in her right hand and put her left forearm under the thick (2 cm) silicon rim for extra support. The tray is made from aluminium and measures 24 x 24 x 5 cm.
